Meet Leehi

Seven years of practice. Endless hours of training. One belief — movement heals.

I’m Leehi Cassuto, a certified classical Pilates instructor with a bachelor’s degree in physical education and advanced training in prenatal, postnatal, and rehabilitative Pilates. I teach the original method as Joseph Pilates designed it — because his work is nothing short of genius. The sequence of exercises, the intention behind each movement, the deep attention to the body and the spine — nothing is random. There is a reason for everything.

My specialties include low back pain, scoliosis, herniated discs, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, injury rehabilitation, and core stability. I work with real conditions, not just fitness goals, and every private session is tailored to what your body needs today.

I’m always a student. I attend workshops, seek out new knowledge, and keep training — because learning never ends, for the teacher or the student. That mindset is what I bring into every session.
